Ingredients for olive bread:
- 250 g bread flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 150 ml warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- rosemary
for houmous:
- 400 g chickpeas
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp tahini paste
- sun dried tomatoes/roasted red peppers/artichoke/olives (optional)
and tzatziki:
- 1 cucumber
- radishes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 400 g Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
