Olive bread with houmous and tzatziki

Ingredients for olive bread:

  • 250 g bread flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 150 ml warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • rosemary

for houmous:

  • 400 g chickpeas
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tahini paste
  • sun dried tomatoes/roasted red peppers/artichoke/olives (optional)

and tzatziki:

  • 1 cucumber
  • radishes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 400 g Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
